I have just completed the B.A. (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the Leading University, Sylhet. Recently, I completed the IELTS Academic exam from the British Council. I have also completed a diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from the South Development Technical Center. I have experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and also in typing both Bengali and English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet browsing, email communication, and basic troubleshooting. Familiar with data entry, file management, and digital communication tools. Basic understanding of web-based applications and e-commerce platforms through academic coursework and diploma training.
Completed interdisciplinary coursework including Introduction to Business, Computer Applications, Internet & E-commerce, and Academic English, which enhanced both my technical and communication skills. Developed a strong foundation in English language and literature, along with essential digital and business knowledge.
